Pre Construction

Our objective during this phase is to ensure that all the necessary preparatory activities prior to construction are established & affected.
The activities that take place include all procedures after the award of contract. Here we get a chance to address, discuss, resolve and agree any discrepancies or ambiguities before the actual work begins. A complete set of project files will be setup and each project file shall be identified. The project directory consisting of all necessary information required will be distributed to all parties concerned.
With this the stage is set for site possession and commencement of work.

Managing Construction

The objective here is to define all necessary processes involved in the management of a project ensuring that projects are delivered on time within the stipulated budget and a product of the highest quality.

Project meetings will be run on a weekly basis to ensure that all parties are kept updated with on-site developments.
